Processing Your Order

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, pay pal, including debit or pre-paid cards with a logo from one of these companies. 

 

Why do you need my email address and telephone number?

We ask for your email and telephone number during the checkout process to enable us to provide you with updates about your order. These updates may come via email (including your order confirmation and shipment tracking number), or via a phone call from our Customer Support Team.

 

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

We ship most items within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US holidays). This means that it could take 2-5 days before we give the package to the postal service. Some items take longer to process before shipping, which is stated on the item page (in the product description).

 

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We sell a variety of natural items and essentials for healthcare professionals and health and wellness seekers.   The weights vary for our products, which is why the shipping rate will depend on the item you purchase. 

 

What shipping service do you use?

Because we work with suppliers from the United States, Canada, China, and Europe, we may use more than one carrier.  For example, if we ship a product from our warehouse in Canada, we use Canadian Post to ship the product. Once the order arrives in the United States, the United States Postal Service will accept the package and ensure the package arrives at its destination. Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service even if the product is coming from outside of the United States.

 

How will I know my order shipped?

We send an email to you once your order ships. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands.

 

Will I have to pay taxes, duties, or customs fees on my order?

Customers within the United States do not have to pay any taxes unless the order is being shipped to Maryland, in which case sales tax will be added to your order at the time of checkout. We will collect Maryland State sales tax rates based on state and local tax rate laws. Customers pay duties or customs fees.

 

When will my order be delivered?

The average delivery time varies based on the item you order. In the event an order takes more than 10 days to reach a customer, we list the estimated shipping time within the product description. There are some items that ship from our overseas warehouse that takes an estimated 12 to 20 for delivery. Please note estimated delivery times listed on the product page also include the processing time before your order ships out. 

 

Important note:

While we try our best to estimate the shipping times, some orders can be delayed in some instances by customs or the mail carrier. Please note that this delay is outside of our control.

 

How do I track my order?

If you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, you will receive an email within 24-72 hours from the time your order ships. The email you receive will include a link that will allow you to track your package via the website of the shipping service used.

 

Postal tracking indicates my package has been delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Please follow these steps:

  • Check your mailbox and any doorways for the package. 
  • Double-check with any neighbors, particularly if you live in an apartment complex or other similar types of buildings.
  • Contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number

Why are there items missing from my order?

To ship orders as quickly as possible, we ship from multiple warehouses. If you ordered multiple items and did not receive all items in the package that you received, your other items will arrive in a separate shipment.

Do you offer products that cure or treat a medical condition or ailment?

We do not make any health claims whatsoever with regards to any of our products. None of the items sold in our store is intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any condition, ailment, illness or disease. Additionally, we do not provide any medical or health advice.

Is this website secure?

Our site is highly secure. We partner with Shopify to ensure customer payment information is secured using industry-standard encryption mechanisms and that your credit card information is stored on a separate, highly-secure server. This information is purged, in full compliance of all industry regulations. In short, we make every effort to keep your data safe.

Do you sell customer information to any third-parties?

Wellpathways will never share your personal information with any third parties, unless necessary for order fulfillment (in which case only your address is forwarded to a warehouse operated by a third party) or instructed to do so by the government.
